WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR
House is available to rent from April 1 to May 26, 2010.
The house will have a resident, female, 2-year old, tiger-striped cat, named “Tamu,” whom renters will need to care for. Also, my plants will need to be watered once a week.
Rent is $2000/mo. The house can be rented for April only, for May only (thru May 26) or from April 1 – May 26.
A cleaner can come in as needed for $20 per hour. Renters are expected to leave the house as clean as when they arrived, including clean sheets and towels, or a cleaning fee can be deducted from the deposit.

Our stay at Sangoma was brilliant! The house is southwest chic and more. It is a wonderful blend of east meets west that creates an air of peacefulness and stirs the creative instincts. Wonderful beamed ceilings, perfect lighting, luxurious bathrooms and hi-tech everything. Best of all are the Tibetan prayer flags that surround the property and the delightful wind chimes. AND, the views are incomparable. You will not want to leave.
