Description
I am a former law professor from Madrid and my husband is an American citizen born in Pasadena. After living 14 years in Cambridge, UK we now seek a house in Santa Barbara for the upcoming academic year: our youngest son Nicholas has just been admitted to the Cate School in Carpinteria while our 23-year-old daughter Lorena has just graduated from Berkeley Law School and will start work at LA´s city attorney Office on August 19, 2024. Our eldest daughter Carlotta is a PhD candidate at Berkeley and also plans to spend some time with us during her research year. We would be very interested in finding a house in Santa Barbara from where we can visit our son up in Cate during the weekends. We are responsible, clean and non-smokers, and would be interested in exchanging our house, a 2,500 sq feet modern well-furnished apartment located at one of the most prestigious leafy suburbs in Madrid city. Our ideal rental period would be August 15, 2024, to May 15, 2025.
