Hi Im Linda I’ve lived here for over 1Oyears. Im looking for one person to sublet my studio. The building is a 5 story walk up. My studio is in a prewar building in Murray Hill Manhattan. There’s a couple of flights of stairs. Theres a bathroom, built in kitchen I use an electric burner (no oven use) microwave and toaster oven available. . Refrigerator works, hot cold water works Air-Conditioner good. Theres room for storing clothes dresser and a closet.
