We are living in a cherry town, nearby the Witzenhausen campus of Uni Kassel, near the University of Göttingen as well. Our town is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains, with the highlight being the Werra River, offering ample opportunities for hiking and biking. Our Cherry Town is renowned for its quaint old German houses, and amenities such as schools, kindergartens, the university campus, and supermarkets are all within walking distance. This apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful villa with a large garden spanning three floors. There are three bedrooms, a garden, and a balcony. Additionally, there is one bathroom and a toilet, suitable for accommodating four individuals comfortably, but can host up to six guests for shorter periods. For further details or arrangements, feel free to contact us via text. We open for 4-6 months exchange/rent if possible as well.
