My beautiful apartment in historical building - 1920's

My beautiful apartment is located in a charming historic neighbourhood (1920s). It consists of: living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and a small storage room which is currently in use and not accessible to tenants. The furniture is partly antique (some from the 19th century and some from the 50s) and, together with my piano, my books, requires extra care. The apartment is full of light and has a wonderful double N-S exposure. Very bright and quiet, it is suitable for working from home (word from my former academic tenants!). The area is also perfect for enjoying a real "Roman" life away from the main tourist routes, although it is only 25 minutes from the city centre. Art, Indian music and cultural events are very common in the area. Bars, restaurants, cinemas and a music club offer many opportunities for going out. The main campus of Sapienza University is only a 30 minute walk away and is also directly connected by tram. Termini Central Station is only 15 minutes away by subway, but also by tram 5, 14.
