Hi! I'm a PhD student at McGill University looking to sublet or lease transfer my downtown apartment from September 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025. After that date, you may sign onto your own lease with the place, or move out. The apartment is furnished--you may pay a lump sum to own the furniture at the beginning of your stay, or pay a bit extra monthly to use the furniture (included in the listed price). Thank you!
