800 square foot loft-like fully furnished one bedroom apartment in a quiet building on the Lower East Side. Hardwood floors, gas range, waterworks bathroom. 24 hour security guard, elevator, in building washer and dryer. F train is a 10 min walk away, grocery store, and dry cleaners are across the street, Trader Joes and trendy restaurants about 12 min away. I am going to Sweden for a residency for the summer. Start date for renting is July 1 and end date is July 31, minimum 1 month rental but start and end date are flexible by a week or two, if renting for more than a month will just prorate extra days/ weeks. So could be a maximum of 6 weeks. Seeking a quiet, respectful non smoker for apartment. I am the owner, so this is a lease from me. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed in the building. The main area of the apartment is open, I choose to keep the queen size bed in the main area which is attached to the kitchen. The large private bedroom I use an an office and a gallery for paintings. Reconfiguring the apartment is possible. The apartment will be spotless when you move in, and price included cleaning fee when you move out Please email me with questions. I will ask for at least two references. This is in a co-op building so you would be creating a contract with me.
