We are renting our home in the Stanford Weekend Acres, located just behind the Stanford golf course. The home was built in 2016 and is in beautiful condition. Our tenant will have access to our downstairs bedroom with en suite bathroom, our kitchen with high-end appliances, our living room with gas fireplace, and our projector room for streaming movies or TV shows. Washer/dryer are also available for use. Our home has a monitored security system for your safety. Indoor amenities: • 1 bedroom with walk-in closet, 2 baths available to tenant • high end kitchen appliances (Thermador stove with griddle, two ovens, microwave, wine fridge) • projector room with 10' screen and Sonos sound • large-capacity washer and dryer • home security system • 150 Mbps internet Outdoor amenities • spacious parking (room for 5 vehicles, plus ours) • garage for bike storage • hammock stand in backyard • charcoal and gas BBQs • ample outdoor seating for 10 with tables/umbrellas • biweekly landscaping included

Comments: This neighborhood backs up to the Stanford golf course and is walking distance to campus. It is filled with trees and has no through-traffic!
