Cosy quiet studio flat near the Eiffel Tower

Entire flat fully furnished for short (weekly) rental ideal for a couple. It is situated in the neighborhood of the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and the Rodin museum. In terms of transport it's a block away from the metro stations. on the 1st level (rdc) facing the courtyard. Quiet, secured and cozy. The room has a double bed on the mezzanine or we can set up the sofa bed in the main room. Furnished with table/chairs, a closet and a fire place in it's original 19th century charm. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. We provide bed linens and bath towels. The kitchenette has an electric cook top, a microwave oven, kettle, small refrigerator and a washer. Crockeries and other necessary items for cooking are included. The flat is very cool in summer as it’s in the courtyard. There are also electric fans, incase. The building provides heating in winter. Metro stations: Sevres Lecourbe (line 7) Ségur (line 10) Financial conditions : - A holding/security deposit of 200€ euros/dollars is needed to place a booking. Some conditions: - The tenant takes care of the daily cleaning during his stay as there's no room service.. - This neighborhood is pretty bourgeois and does not tolerate parties or loudness as noise is amplified as it travels upwards. We don’t want to have to deal with complaints from them. - we do short term rental (a week) in summer and longer term (6 months) from mid Sept/Oct.
