Happy to welcome a single professional or scholar to share my sunny, spacious, two bedroom home. I am traveling frequently and may be away for long periods. It is well-located on a historic street, with a mezzanine and rooftop deck. The condo is well furnished and air-conditioned. We have reliable high-speed internet and ideal space for a home office, but when I am home, I will use the office. Washer, dryer, air-conditioning and designated parking available. Steps from McGill and close to Metro Place des Artes and Sherbrooke metro stations. Lots of room and space for privacy when we overlap. Parking for an additional fee. Cleaning (with use of external service) for an additional fee. (The cat is not living with us! Just a family visitor). Bedroom photo is the one open for rent.

Comments: I am interested in renting one room in this 2-3 bedroom condo (one bedroom, in the mezzanine, is my study). There are two toilets in the condo but just one bath/shower.
