There’s a park across the street, and the neighbors are great. I’m within walking distance of Temple and Drexel, and Penn is one shot on the Market-Frankford Line. If you’re commuting to any of the suburban campuses, you could walk to Temple Station, or take the MFL to Jefferson Station (it takes 13 minutes, door-to-door), and hop on the Regional Rail there.
