Our house is in the charming Woodside neighborhood of Silver Spring, walkable to its Metro bus stops and downtown area with stores, restaurants and theaters. It is a short drive from the I-495 beltway. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a lush fenced-in yard, a finished basement rec room, a screen porch and the usual amenities. Pets are welcome. The house is fully furnished and has off-street parking.
